A hruškový koláč bude určitě taky famózní.
U nás je po zabijačce, takže by na hus nebylo sil ni chutí, takže to vyřešíme kachničkou s domácím zelím a nějakým dobrým knedlíkem. A až o víkendu. Ale svatomartinské vínko si rozhodně dáme!

Silnej husí vývar, zahuštěnej máslovou jíškou s jemnou vůní muškátu…Jen znám verzi s žemlovými knedlíčky ( jako macesové ) a domácí vlasové nudle :) škoda že už to tak nefrčí. Ale na druhou stranu je to celkem výživná záležitost. Neumím si představit že bych si ho dal plnej talíř v rámci čtyřchodovýho menu ((-:

BTW: U nás doma se kaldoun vaří, je to recept od babičky z Mělnicka a je to velmi oblíbená slavnostní polifka – schválně pro srovnání:
– vývar z kostí, krku, drůbků etc.
– do něj kořenová zelenina (ne přiliš), nakrájené drůbky
– zahuštění světlou máslovou jíškou + nastrouhat muškátový ořech
– plus speciální domácí těstoviny, zvané „šnyčky“, vyrábí je babička pomocí rýhovaného prkýnka a tyčky
