Trochu jsem se bála těch noků, ale zvládla jsem to:-) Vinná omáčka byla bezvadná, víno jsem hodně zredukovala, až bylo husté skoro jako sirup, bylo to lepší, než moje oblíbené brusinky. Prostě pochutnali jsem si, díky za recept:-)

Bylo to kladenské Tesco, měli kačenky půlené, ty občas kupuju na experimenty když se mi nechce investovat do celé a teď tam měli prsa s kostí ( celej hrudník) za 150,-/kg. Kosti by šli upéct a použít na šťávu a prsíčka…hmmmm, mňam, mňam, mňam!

Co tam pravidelně vídám, jsou prázdné regály masa a pečiva (naštěstí maso kupuju u řezníka a chleba si pečeme sami.)
