Jinak to mám taky tak rád, dřív než stačí vychladnout ((-: Játra nebyl problém, jen chtěli všechno mít důkladně propečené. Když jsme dělali meshoui na Sahaře, baštili jsme kůzle od kosti syrové a zvenčí připálené. Opékali ho přímo na rozpálených uhlících.

Na Lab.je podobny recept Maqrune-tiez je super skus mrknut.Je tam sice hovadzie, ale vari sa s jahnacinou mladou..to su take ludove jedla.Kto rad masko&sosik si posmakuje.Akurat sa cudujem, ze si sa stretol ze neradi pecen..mam opacnu skusenost aj v Tunise.Pecen napr. narezu a len vyslovene chvilku opecu na panvici na kapke oleja a bastia a to je len z vrchu opecena inac….Dokonca ju bastia este teplu prave po zabijacke a surovu…Cerkesi ju takto priam miluju-to je u nich zabijacka na zabijacke. o))

Jednou jsem si tam dělal jatýrka v kuchyni jen tak na pánvi „po anglicku“ jak se u nás říká. Byli zhnusení tím, jak můžu jíst “ syrové“maso. Pořádně a dlouho! Solí se až nakonec a jsou fajn.
2. Já s tím měl taky problém, ale potom jsem si nějak začínal hovět v tom, že jsem zapatlanej a mám to na bradě, můžu jíst rukama ( vlastně musím! )a ocucávat kůstky. Mňam…

Bodejť, to se nemá kdekoliv jsou přítomna semínka rajských. Nepříznivě se to projeví na chuti.
Recept zní dobře. S trochou nedůvěřivosti čtu o přidání jatýrek hned spolu s masem a srdíčkem (svaly). Neztuhnou tak dlouhým vařením? Můj instinkt by byl jatýrka tam přidat až mnohem později, tak závěrečných 10 minut max.
