Prosímtě žádná mystika, žádný kouzlení. Nerejpat, netančit, nezpívat, do ničeho nemlátit, nezaříkávat. Jen to nechej hezky upéct, nezapomeň zadělávat svěcenou vodou, růženec na krku taky nic nezkazí a než ho vytáhneš z popela nezapomeň malou modlitbičku, případně nějakou tu mantru… :-D
Na kopec: no už aby to bylo za mnou…chlebová dieta mi nesvědčí.

Jednou jsem takhle nachystal kremaci několika krůtím stehnům. Na oheň jsem naposled přiložil asi v jednu a pekl jsem v devět večer. Chce to správný čas, jako všechno :-)

Moje poslední pečení v podobných podmínkách nedopadlo dobře – dvě navrchu úplně zuhelnatělé (hezky vykvašené) bochníky. A nejsmutnější je, že tou spáleninou byl cítít i na pohled nepoškozený zbytek chleba. Chybí mi pouštní výcvik;)
