Datlová pochoutka – 500g sušených a vypeckovaných datlí, 1/4 šálku ghee, 400g vlašských ořechů.
Rozehřejeme ghee, vložíme do něj datle, pokrájené na větší kousky. Na mírném ohni mícháme – až datle změknou a s ghee se spojí v soudržnou hmotu.
Poté polovinu vychladlé směsi dáme do dortové formy, hustě posypeme nasekanými ořechy a lehce dlaní vše upěchujeme. Zakryjeme zbytkem datlové směsi a necháme vychladit. krájíme na kosočtverečky – jako třeba kibbi nebo baklawu. (-;

No a datli su stovky druhov.Zlte, cervene, cierne,gulate, podlhovaste, male ale aj velke ako ked spojis dva prsty….datle su velmi zdrave, na datliach a pohari mlieka/jogurtu mozes prezit plnohodnotny zivot az do vysokeho veku a nic organizmu nebude chybat.Priroda to ma dobre vymyslene a zariadene..staci datla a kozicka..;-)
V egypte su bezne ranajky kysnuty chleba taka hrubsia placka (1,5cm), na nu nanesieme adzwa-to jest dozrete datle odpeckovane staci dat na panvicu, trosku masla/ghee, stipka anyzu mleteho a zahrievame a miesame az pokial sa same nespoja v pastu-pastu nanesieme na chleba(asi 1-2 cm vrstva)na to dame jogurt/zakysanu smotanu a mame raj v puse a energie na cely den..;-) pekny vecer..:)
