Čubrica nemá chybu, začala jsem ji doma používat právě po návštěvě Bulharska.

Tue, 04 Aug 2009 10:03:09 +0000http://www.souk.cz/?p=125#comment-1647To se má s tou čubricou tak. Čubricu všichni znají a používají snad na všechno. A šarena soĺ je míchaná směs – převážně z čubrici, ale se solí, pepřem atd, podle chuti. Šarena prý znamená něco jako pestrá, barevná nebo míchaná.

A jen vzpomínám na „file Elena“, co mi tenkrát vozil – byla to sušená panenka, obalená právě v čubrici. Šarenu sol bohužel neznám.

BTW. Odkud jsou ti Tví Bulhaři? Jestli z jihu, dej si na ně (jazykově) pozor. Můj muž takhle před časem taky dělal v Bulharsku. Poprvé jel s tlumočníkem, pak jen se slovníkem a pak už se jen spolehl na kolegy; naučil se, myslím, celkem plynně. Až pak jel do jiné části Bulharska a zrovna s těma čuškama-piperkama byl docela problém, na jihu to znamená něco jiného než na severu; bylo to asi něco v tom smyslu, jako když by se cizinec učil mluvit česky na Ostravsku, u nás v Brně nebo v Praze… Ale i tak, moc rád na to vzpomíná. Pohyboval se v oblasti Rila-Pirin-Sandanski.
