Fri, 07 Aug 2009 15:09:31 +0000http://www.souk.cz/?p=123#comment-16566: Musíte brát v potaz že Kaovjan je z Ruse na rumunských hranicích a zbytek sice někde od Plovdivu, ale jezdí už třináctým rokem na půl roku do Řecka pracovat. Takže mi třeba čtrnáct dní tvrdili že odpadky nejsou „skupidja“ (řecky) a ne „bokluka“ A na spoustu takových omylů přicházím postupně. Bulharskou kuchyň znám už dávno, bo mě zajímal celý Balkán. Ljutenicu velmi dobře, ale nikomu se do ní nechce protože aj tak máme spoustu práce. V české kuchyni zmutovala spousta jídel z Balkánu takže k pilafu se přikláním ale moji Bulhaři ho neznají ( s výjimkou Kaovjana), stejně jako například mamaliga. Ale to asi dělá to blízké Rumunsko. Blagodari priateĺu. Vsičko na red :-)

Akorát že my Bulhaři neumíme vyslovit -h-, říkáme chajde nebo ajde be. :)Bulharská kuchyně je skvělá, v ČR mi moc chybí. Zeptejte se kolegů třeba na kjopalo (alias ljutenica), bob čorba (fazolová polívka s mátou kadeřavou), na banicu se špenátem nebo na obyčejný paržen sin patladžan. Ten gjuveč s rýží, nebyl to spíš pilav? Želaja vi vsičko chubavo!
