Jen pošťuchuju, občas dostanu nápad, nebo se prostě jen někomu líbí co dělám, tak si mě na chvíli „půjčí“ ((-: Každá restaurace se může změnit a nepotřebuje na to ani něco, nebo někoho geniálního. Úplně zjednodušeně platí co kdysi říkal můj taťka. Nedávej lidem nic, co bys sám nejedl. A to co říkám já – nabídli byste tohle svojí mamince nebo babičce? A to je asi tak všechno. V Jaltě se nadřela spousta lidí a já zdaleka ne tolik jako oni. Udělal jsem jen malý kousek práce. Oni zůstali a dělají dál, já si vesele odfrčel k moři (-:

Líbí se mi způsob, jakým měníš restaurace. Nechceš jich přijít vyměnit do Brna ještě pár dalších? V Avii už jsme štamgasti :-)))))))) si nás snad vážně pamatují :-)
