Jde o to, že v době kdy jsem najatý, není restaurace ve stavu se stoprocentně prezentovat – dá se říci, že je v záběhu, nebo v tréninku. Proto zveřejňuji místa kde jsem pracoval až když si myslím, že nebudete zklamaní návštěvou ((-:
A budu se samozřejmě snažit psát dál, když práce dovolí. Občas se potřebuji s někým podělit o svoje dojmy a pocity. :-)

Receptů a návodů jsou dneska dostupné tisíce a tisíce, ale mě vždycky kromě jídla a vaření jakožto fyzikálně-chemického procesu fascinovalo to pozadí, ta „hudba“ kuchyně, od tichých tónů a volné melodie když se ráno začíná až po fortissimo a tempo furioso při denní špičce.
Před mnoha lety jsem dokonce uvažoval, že se tomuhle řemeslu budu věnovat, ale nakonec jsem se vydal úplně jinou cestou. Dnes si říkám, že to bylo správné rozhodnutí, ale občas červík pochybností zahlodá …
Ať se daří – a prosím, vydrž nám psát dál.
